Emil Kreye & Son participated each of the years that the renowned invitation only Rockefeller Center Garden Show in NYC took place.
Although this rock garden was designed for an exhibit, similar elements can be used in any setting. This particular landscape design demonstrates a natural moss rock ridge with a stream overflowing from a small pool and a waterfall cascading into another pool at the base of the ridge. Large evergreens provide background for the garden. Many dwarf plants are tucked away into the cracks and crevices of the rock ridge.
A side note: one year, Luke and Siegfried were given the honor of accompanying their good friend Dave Murbach on the helicopter journey to locate the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.
