A waterfall created by Emil Kreye & Son cascades down a shear drop at this Manhasset, Long Island residence.
Additional land was purchased from a developer behind the residence to prevent the encroachment of other homes. A guest house and retreat destination were sited on the new property with additional access from the development street. These waterfalls, streams, ponds and landscape features were designed to join the two separate properties and visually draw visitors into this unique setting.
